Sleep care that treats the cause, not just the night.
Chronic insomnia is treatable. We look at what is driving it — mood, anxiety, medication, medical conditions, or habits — and build a plan from there.
Sleep care that treats the cause, not just the night.
Insomnia is difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early at least three nights a week for three months or longer. It rarely travels alone: depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, pain, sleep apnea, and certain medications all disrupt sleep, and poor sleep then makes each of those harder to treat. Our evaluation sorts out what is contributing before anything is prescribed.
Secure telehealth appointments are available across Indiana, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Requests are answered within one business day.

You don't have to wait for a crisis.
If poor sleep has lasted more than three months, if you rely on something every night to fall asleep, or if daytime fatigue is affecting work, driving, or mood, an evaluation is worthwhile. Sleep problems that are treated early rarely become chronic.
